Payment Policy

Payment Plans

At Caponiti Consulting, we prefer checks but are equipped to accept payment via major credit cards. Please note that Caponiti Consulting will add the credit card processing fees to the total amount due. Additionally, we will send client invoices signed by the consultant and then the client. Please return the signed contract to and send your mailed check.

Payment Schedule: Full payment is due when booking for all plans under $1,500 (you can mail the check). Work will begin once payment clears.

A payment schedule for plans over $1,500 will be established:

  • 50% of the total amount due is payable at contract signing.

  • 35% of the total amount owed is payable midway through the project.

  • The remaining 15% of the amount due is payable upon project completion.

  • Caponiti Consulting will invoice you each time a payment is due.

State Taxes: All plan prices include applicable state taxes.

Cancellation Policy

At Caponiti Consulting, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to be flexible with our clients. However, to maintain our operations and ensure the timely delivery of services, we have established the following cancellation policy:


Cancellation by Client:

  • No fees will be charged if a client cancels a project or service within 48 hours of signing the agreement.

  • If a client cancels a project or service more than 48 hours after signing the agreement, but before the start of the project, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount due will be charged.

  • If a client cancels a project or service after the start of the project, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount due will be charged.


Cancellation by Caponiti Consulting:

If Caponiti Consulting cancels a project or service for any reason, no fees will be charged, and any payments made by the client will be fully refunded.


We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are open to discussing special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a project or service.
